Spinning is so much cooler than not spinning.

Now that it's revealed that Stargate: Revolution would've revealed the Stargate to the whole world. I'm WAY glad this movie didn't happen. For one thing did the writers completely ignore the SG-1 episode "The Road Not Taken"? and what happened to earth when it had revealed the existence of the Stargate program?

Gah! While I would've normally been on pins and needles waiting for something like this to happen (especially if the show was still running mind you). But once again, No Vala, no deal. Unless she's on a mission offworld for the Tok'Ra or what have you. Even though she's not that fond off them. Can't say I blame her much) It's that simple for me (as stated in a very recent entry for me). Also writing Vala off wouldn't be unexpected of them. These are the same guys (I think) who wrote Jonas off and except for one appearance in the next season, we (the viewers) never heard from him again!


No way in hell will I ever take this new information as canon. (I don't even take the who "miscarriage in Unending" thing as canon they never mention what made Vala cry in the episode (commentary's, in my opinion, don't count) For all we know she could've been just having a break down (though not as violent as Cam's) of being cooped up in that ship, for years for all they knew, and did) It certainly didn't help that Vala had been a host for years trapped in a vessel that she couldn't control the situation of. She was terribly frustrated and broke down in Daniel's arms. That's all it was nothing else, in my opinion, was canon. But then that's what fanfiction is for I suppose

Decided to reopen up my fic folder and start on some more Iron Maiden fic. Meaning I finally saw the Iron Man 2 trailers and it re-inspired me. I don't think I'll include anything much from IM2 though. I mean I think it'll stop where the first movie did but you never know. Other than Pepper becoming Toni's CEO at Stark Industries. Hell, if I get inspired to do a Iron Maiden 2 fic. Kick my ass? Please?

I never seem to finish fics anymore I guess it's because I always run myself ragged whenever I do work on one and just give up. But I'm working on something now, it's in the experimental stages and I'll say little about it except that it's SG-1 and it takes place after Continuum and after Sam leaves for Atlantis (I hate writing her anyway).

I don't really have a plot in mind yet but I'll take it easy to see where it takes me. And yes I'll try my best for Daniel/Vala-ness. No crossovers this time but SGU? SGU doesn't exist yet (nor will it ever) so don't get you hopes up where that's concerned.

Nothing much else to say for now.

Watching what would be considered the "third" episode of SGU, Dull as the sand they're standing on so far.

Who's watching SGU? I am and I'm finding it rather ridiculous. The best/only good part? ( Constant Spoilers )

I'm thinking Iron Maiden Part 5 will be rather short (also I'm thinking it's almost done...I think) and part 6 longer than most. Meaning I'll have to post Part 4 rather soon, maybe within the next few days? (I know I keep saying that but I get rather lazy with my writing sometimes.)

For all of those unaware, or haven't yet watched it, Stargate:The Ark of Truth will be airing on SciFi Friday night (Tonight!) at 9 p.m. EST. Please check your local TV listings for the correct time in your area if you're interested.

It may not be BSG but I love it just the same. If I'd known about this ahead of time I wouldn't have watched it on DVD a few nights ago. Ah well, it won't hurt me to watch it again so soon *glee*
