forgottenbennetWhat if you were a famous author (Not fanfic mind you, but actual books!) what would you do with that fame?
First off? I'd buy everyone in my immediate family (excluding my brothers I'm pissed at them) new cars (including me). Ensure my Dad has a nice place to live (The airport he lives near will be expanding and they'll be buying his land eventually but no one knows when). Buy a place of my own that is at least 10 times as big as they place I'm living in now ( with a super huge library just for me me me!)and yes Mom is moving in, I'd miss her too much. (:p) Maid service for the house. Then I'd probably donate some money to my HS alma mater so they build what they need to be built)
travel to the UK, Egypt, Paris, Florida (do you know I've never been? I've wanted to go to Disney my whole life but Dad was too cheap!) to go to the new Harry Potter park, and for a lark Forks washington , so I can see up close and personal just how insane these people are. Maybe after all that I'd write Twilight parody (ala Nightlight OMG that's such a hoot!) That perhaps the best for last meet J.K. Rowling, Neil Gaiman, Stephen King and Anne Rice (just to shake her hand , thanking her for for wring just the first 3 or 4 VC novels and Pandora, nothing more, I might just make a point in specifying why the other books are crap, heh)
I know I'm loony and mostly self-absorbed with this list but hey, why not? I don't think I'd write more than 5 books (!) unless something tickled my muse.
