Should I be worried?
Apr. 10th, 2010 03:16 amSo when I was at Wal-Mart today I noticed they wee selling the complete series of "Birds of Prey" on DVD (I always wanted to see it when it aired on TV but I never got the chance) for only $17!
So far I've only watched the Pilot episode (Eeeek, I'd forgotten Shemar Moore was in this, this was pre-Criminal Minds (a.k.a. the Original Malcolm Winters from the Young and the Restless ...not Eddie from Family Matters, ew. And so as I'm watching the start of the second episode when I recognize a name in a story credit...
Melissa Rosenberg. Yesthat Melissa Rosenberg. The same one who did the screenplays for Twilight and New Moon and is currently writing Eclipse, and I suppose Breaking Dawn sooner or later (Dear GOD please let it end after Eclipse, do we really NEED to see the cesarean by vampire?) I was momentarily terrified at the prospect of her writing for one of my new Favorite-But-Canceled 8 years ago show. But as it turns out the one wrote (or co-wrote) one 3 of the 13 (14? Does the original Pilot count?) episodes and now I'm settling in to watch more. Hoping that the episode "Slick" is a decent one.
