Aiiiiiieeeeeee!
Mar. 26th, 2010 10:23 pmSo , for a few days at least I stopped reading "Dawn of the Dreadfuls and started listening to the P&P&Z audiobook (the Heirloom expanded edition! Yay!) (Which I just downloaded from iTunes for a sahweet(!) $10! (it doesn't say in the description on iTunes that it's the expanded one, it was just a pleasant surprise! And it's started out by reading the introduction as written by the (co) author, I don't know if that's his voice though.
I started downloading it yesterday and it dragged on forever just to get 70MB of it finished (out of 167 MB). I knew if I stayed there for too much longer McD's might kick me out (Id been theres from about 4 to 8:so (as I don't have wifi I take advantage of my time there when I am there)
And since that this particular McDonald's had seen a lot of me lately I went to the other one (which was a hair closer to my house than the other)
Wow. I'd forgotten the speed was superfast there and it took no time at all to finish DLing Part 1 of the Audiobook and proceeded to complete part two (about 137 MB, about 11 hours in all in length listening wise)
With Dawn of the Dreadfuls I was rapidly devouring the book (and loving ever second of it. And I'm rapidly falling for Master Hawksworth) And in the particular "canon" Mr. and Mrs. Bennet's first names are respectively...Oscar and Pru (they both made me giggle for some reason).
Enough babble for now I'm off to listen to more PPZ!
