Warning cursing at the end because I'm fed up with that idiot

Because I needed a place to rant and this seemed the place to do it.


Some blithering twit (I'm not naming names to protect the stupid) just commented on two of my...entries (1 pic and 1 icon) I guess you could call them over at Fanpop. I posted a boatload of pics and icons over there at the Marguerite Moreau club. I double-triple and quadruple check just to make sure none of the pics I was going to post were repeats.

A day or two later (I just checked that email address today) I noticed the comments. I was hoping it was going to be a fan of the movie saying somthing Like "Oh cool! New pics! or the like.

But instead for both comments it was the twit in question. Something something similar to:

"Did you take these pics? No? Then you should have credited Warner Brothers! "


That really annoyed me. I mean, why should I ? I mean everyone knows about the movie, these pics have been floating around for 10 years or more Nearly everyone know that Warner Brothers released these pics (and movie) (mostly).

Everyone is gonna know I didn't personally take them. All I did (I'm talking to you, you idiot) was post them and gave them all the title that shown what movie they were from (Queen of the Damned)

Personally, I think the twit is jealous that I had posted so many QotD pics. Not only that that I title title them properly a la "Marguerite in Wet Hot American Summer"


Well If i had done that it would have taken me days to upload them all with individual titles (for the most part I uploaded from from 2 to 6 at a time)



ETA:If she (I'm assuming it's a she) thinks I'm doing to "edit" them just so SHE can be satisfied she's even more of a blithering twit than I originally thought!


Hello! Idiot! There's no fucking NEED TO! I'm not the only one who doesn't credit WB over ever teeny thing I'm sure are fan sites that to because they are entirely devoted to the QotD or VC movies and that's cool. But this is a fan site that consists of mostly galleries/ There are LOADS of people like me who didn't credit every little detail!


You asshole! And just in case you should find this journal I'm removing comments. If you comment on this entry you are getting banned so fast and anon comments will be turned off for the forseeable future.

QotD movie FAQ, part 1

Hmmm I thought I had posted in it's entirety th FAQ for the Queen of the damned movie (which was on the official site, right up until the took down the official site down at long last not too long ago (I don't have an exact date)

But I did have it saved in a file on my computer. It may take me a few entire but I will post the FAQ here. (in as many posts as it takes)



It's going to be hidden behind many LJ cuts to save space, None of it was written by me All I'm doing is copying and pasting.

INTRODUCTION

I'm Jorge Saralegui, the producer of QUEEN OF THE DAMNED. I've been involved with the project since early 1998 — shortly after Warner Bros. hired Michael Rymer to direct, which is before we even hired a writer to adapt Anne Rice's work. Since then I've been involved with all of the decisions that have been made in the making of this motion picture, and was on the set every day (and night!) of our Melbourne shoot. As a result, I hope to be able to answer most of your questions regarding QUEEN OF THE DAMNED: its genesis, the script's development, its casting, the shoot, the music, the pageantry, the Aussie-rules football team we sponsored, not to mention the upcoming mini-series. Fiction replaced fact midway through that last sentence, so I better stop here. Cheers!
