forgottenbennet | All of a sudden I'm feeling a loathing for UPS

I was just now going outside to check on the mail to see if it had come yet. When suddenly when I'm halfway to the mailbox a UPS pulls up the hill and DRIVES PAST the house! I'm pretty damned sure it has my book in there somewhere, one that was supposed to be delivered TODAY (according both the UPS and Amazon package trackers "Out for delivery")!

And this isn't the first time it's done this, oh no, My Auntie had ordered something off the internet and had it sent to our house via UPS (for reasons I won't explain), and UPS could not find our house! It tried to deliver the package 3 days in a row and it still had not made it despite the fact that UPS is always delivering packages from time to time to the neighbor RIGHT NEXT DOOR!) WTF! I swear if I have to go out of town to pick up my order (like my Auntie had to) I will NOT be pleased!

What's the purpose of having a book ordered and supposedly delivered if you have to go someplace ELSE t pick it up!

GAH!

I'm giving it 'til 7pm before I completely blow my top!

ETA: Crisis averted! It just came and it's about time too! All that worrying for nothing, lol. Guess it was because it's got here so late!
